1. About “Toriden”
特製博多担々麺 920yen
It is a specialty restaurant of dandan noodles handled by Hakata’s famous “mizutaki” restaurant “Toriden”.
Prepaid style to buy a meal ticket before sitting down. A paper apron is set on the seat.
I ordered the recommended dandan noodle and fried chicken set (1,270 yen).
When I was waiting while drinking draft beer (500 yen), the fried chicken came first. The fried chicken is hot and if you chew it in one bite, you will get burned. And since garlic is not used, yuzu pepper and golden ponzu go well with.
Dandan noodles have four types of spiciness. You can choose from 1 spicy, 3 spicy, 5 spicy, and 10 spicy. The basic spiciness is 3 spicy.
I didn’t much feel the spiciness of the dandan noodle soup made from the mizutaki soup. However, when I continued to eat thinking “It’s not surprisingly spicy !?”, I was sweating .
This is a recommended restaurant that warms your body and soul.

2. とり田について
九州産若鶏の唐揚げ 350yen
博多名物 ”水炊き”の名店「とり田」さんが手掛ける担々麺の専門店。商業施設のレストラン街の一角にあります。
店内に入ると、食券を先に購入するスタイル。
席にペーパーエプロンがセットされています。
今回はオススメの担々麺と唐揚げのセット（1,270円）を注文。生ビール（500円）を飲みながら待っていると、唐揚げが先にやってきました。
唐揚げはアツアツで一口で頬張ると火傷しちゃいそう。そしてニンニクが使われていないさっぱりした味付けの唐揚げに柚子胡椒や黄金ポン酢がよく合う！何個でも食べれそうです（笑）
担々麺は辛さを1辛、3辛、5辛、10辛で選ぶことができます。基本は3辛というので3辛を注文。
水炊きスープをベースにつくられた担々麺のスープに辛みの刺激はあまり感じません。「意外と辛くない！？」と思って食べすすめると汗が溢れてきました（笑）麺は中太のちぢれ麺でスープとよく絡みます。
レストラン街の食堂だからと侮ることなかれ。おすすめのレストランです。
