1. About “Tanya HAKATA”
There is a restaurant area “Hakata Ichibangai” on the 1st basement floor of “JR Hakata City” on the Hakata exit side of Hakata Station, and several restaurants there are open from 7 am.
This time, I went to eat a morning set meal of beef tongue specialty restaurant “Tanya”.
This restaurant only serves the morning set meal during the morning hours. But you can choose the combination of toppings.
This time, I added 100 yen for the tororo set (tororo + seaweed).
The morning set meal is a set of 4 beef tongue slices, coleslaw, beef soup, and rice.
朝定食（牛タン・ビーフスープ・ごはん）700円 + とろろセット 100円
Beef tongue is roasted and fragrant and delicious.
The coleslaw attached to the plate is very satisfying because the vegetables are cut into large pieces.
The rice is wheat rice, so it goes perfectly with the tororo!
The rice are refills free, so you can enjoy eating the first cup with beef tongue and the second cup with toppings.
After-meal coffee is self-service.

2. たんや HAKATA について
博多駅の博多口側「JR博多シティ」の地下1Fにはレストラン街「博多一番街」があり、そこの数店舗は朝7時からオープンしています。
今回は、牛タン専門店「たんや」さんの朝定食を食べに行きました。
朝早い時間は行列になる日もあるというので、朝の混雑が終わる9時ごろに店を訪れました。
モーニングの時間帯はこの朝定食だけを提供。トッピングで明太子やとろろなど組合せを選べます。
今回はとろろセット（とろろ+海苔）100円を追加。
牛タンはスライスが4枚。焼き目が付いた香ばしい焼き具合で塩コショウがよく効いていておいしい♪
皿に添えられたコールスローは野菜が大きくカットされているので食べ応えがあります。
ビーフスープもシンプルで軽い。
朝から牛タンでこってりしていそうなのに、さっぱりといただけます。
ごはんは麦ごはんなので、とろろとの相性がバッチリ！出汁が効いたとろろと海苔をご飯の上にのせて食べるとご飯がすすみます。
ご飯はおかわり自由！1杯目は牛タンと2杯目はトッピングの具材で食べるなんてこともOKです。
最後にセルフサービスのコーヒーもいただけます。
