1. About “Shungetsuan”
A directly managed restaurant of a long-established noodle factory founded in 1890.
It is located right next to Jotenji temple, which is said to be the birthplace of udon and soba.
I visited before 11 o’clock because it is said that there will be a line if I do not go for the opening time.
When I entered the restaurant, I noticed the words that you can choose the amount of noodles.
You can get 1 to 3 balls for the same price (menu amount). It’s okay to order one ball first and add it in the middle!
Soba has a slightly hard texture. It go down so smoothly.
I think even women can eat about 1.5 to 2 balls.
It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from Hakata Station, so if you come to Hakata, don’t miss it.

2. 中世博多うどん 春月庵 承天寺前店 について
明治23年創業の老舗製麺工場の直営店。
うどん・そば発祥の地と言われる「承天寺（じょうてんじ）」のすぐそばに位置します。
11時の開店時間を狙わないと行列ができるというので、11時前に訪れました。
店に入って目についたのは、麺の量は選べますという文字。
1玉から3玉までは同じ料金（メニュー金額）でいただけます。最初に1玉を注文して、途中で追加しても大丈夫！
自分のお腹と相談していただけます。
蕎麦はちょっと硬めの歯ごたえがある感じ。のど越しがいいのでスルスルっと食べれてしまいます。
女性でも、1.5玉から2玉くらい食べれそうです。
温かいそば湯も準備してくれるので、最後にいただくと胃が落ち着きますよ。
博多駅から徒歩で10分弱くらいで行くことができるので、博多に来たらぜひ足をのばしてみてください。

最寄り駅は福岡市営地下鉄「祇園」駅、又は「博多駅」です。
