1. About “Kushisho”
A popular kushiage restaurant just outside the Chikushi exit of Hakata station.
Inside the restaurant, there is a U-shaped counter in the center, and there are three table seats in the back. There are chairs waiting for seats near the wall. You can see that it is a popular restaurant just by looking at the inside of the shop.
From the lunch set menu, order the skewered set meal (1,000 yen) that most lunch customers order.
A set of 7 deep-fried skewers, salad, 2 small bowls, rice, miso soup, and pickles.
The ingredients for each skewer are large, but the crispy and thin batter is light and you can eat more and more.
All-you-can-eat rice and miso soup!
You can eat authentic deep-fried skewers, so be sure to visit when you come to Hakata Station.

2. 串揚げ 串匠 について
博多駅の筑紫口を出てすぐにある人気串揚げ店。
店内はコの字カウンターが中央にあって、奥にテーブル席が3つ。壁際には席待ちの椅子がある。店内を見ただけで人気店なのがよくわかります。
昼定食メニューから、ほとんどのランチ客が注文するという串揚げ定食（1,000円）を注文。
串揚げ7本、サラダ、小鉢2つ、ごはん、みそ汁、漬物のセットです。
串揚げは、カウンターの中で職人さんが揚げる揚げたてを次々にお皿に運んできてくれます。
串揚げは一つ一つの串の具材が大きくて食べ応えあり！サクサクで薄い衣が軽くてどんどん進んでしまいます。
天然海老やレンコンなど定番人気の串から魚のネギタルタルやミンチボール、焼売など変わり種もあります。
ごはんとお味噌汁はおかわり自由！
テーブルに置かれたふりかけ3種も人気のご飯のお供だからオススメ。
