1. About “Ikepon”
I heard that there is a slightly unusual popular lunch menu at a cooked dumpling izakaya.
It’s called “gyudon”, so if you were imagining a gyudon from a chain restaurant, this is the place to go!
It is a beef bowl of beef shoulder loin baked in medium rare.
The amount of beef is about 2 slice for normal beef bowl, about 3 slice for 1.5 times, and about 4 slice for 2 times.
The soup stock is almost the same as sukiyaki, and it is a little thicker.
Raw eggs are also included in the set, so you can eat it with meat in a sukiyaki style, or you can pour it over a bowl and it will be delicious.
There will be a line at lunch time, so please visit with plenty of time.

2. 池ぽんについて
炊き餃子居酒屋さんなのにちょっと変わった人気ランチメニューあるというので伺ってきました。
それは何かというと「牛丼」！某チェーン店の牛丼を想像していたら、やってきたのはこちらでした。
ドンとミディアムレアの牛肩ロース♪他に具材はなく、牛肉だけです！
牛肉の量は、牛丼普通が2枚くらい、1.5倍が3枚くらい、2倍が4枚くらいだそうです。（牛肉のサイズに因ります）
出汁はほぼすき焼きの割り出しで、ちょっと濃いめです。
生卵もセットになっているので、すき焼き風に肉を付けて食べてもいいし、丼に流しかけてもおいしい♪
ランチタイムは行列ができるので、少し時間に余裕を持って訪れてみてくださいね。
